Define reasonably priced...
For $100 you can't beat the Maco no doubt
For $300+ you can get a I-10K
For about $250 you can get a 55 Merlin which puts out a shade more signal than a 10K when tested head to head

a full size 5/8 groundplane is pretty much the best antenna for 11 meters for most folks . there are conditions (terain and structures) that can help smaller 1/4 wave and 1/2 wave antennas do better but those are the minority of users . if youre in a valley or low spot a higher angle of radiation from a 1/2 wave or a 1/4 wave could help locally and with some skip .

you could also try your hand at building an antenna if youre feeling adventuresome .
